WHAT WE OFFER
Treasure Valley Indoor Association (TVIA) is now Idaho Indoor Circuit, offering winter competitions for color guard, percussion, and winds units. Independent and scholastic groups of all ages are welcome to join the circuit. Idaho Indoor Circuit works with a collaborative committee of circuit directors to develop staff and performer training programs, summer camp opportunities and indoor competitions for communities across the state of Idaho. Idaho Indoor Circuit is the only indoor circuit of it’s kind in Idaho.
It is our mission to create training and performance opportunities for Idaho youth that build positive relationships, leadership skills and character.
PERCUSSION
Indoor Percussion ensembles consist of the marching percussion and front ensemble sections of a marching band or drum corps or concert percussion ensembles. Indoor percussion marries elements of music performance, marching or standstill, and theater; thus, the activity is often referred to as percussion theater.
Most of our percussion ensembles compete in Regional A and A Classes, but all divisions are welcome. Groups are welcome to compete or perform in exhibition.
WINDS
Indoor Winds is a natural extension of an already existing indoor color guard and percussion ensemble divisions. Scholastic ensembles are programs that compete on behalf of their school.
Most of our winds ensembles compete in Regional A and Open Class, but all divisions are welcome.
GUARD
A combination of the use of flags, sabers, rifles, and other equipment, as well as dance and other interpretive movement. Winter color guards can be found in high schools, middle schools, universities, and other independent organizations, some of which are related to drum corps.
Most of our Color Guard Ensembles compete in Regional A and A Classes, but all divisions are welcome.

COMPETITIONS
Idaho Indoor Circuit competitions follow the guidelines set by the Idaho Indoor Circuit Committee. Groups fit into one of two classifications: Scholastic (groups from education institutions) and Independent (groups that are not). Each classification has the same divisions, but independent and scholastic groups do not compete against each other.
There are many new ensembles forming for the 2024 season. We welcome all of our new members! We are excited to work with you.
